Holly Collinsworth is an accomplished health care executive with over 40 years of leadership experience in the industry. Currently, Holly is utilizing her extensive expertise in recruiting and executive team building, as the CEO and Founder of Radiant Resource, a boutique recruitment firm. She also offers Strategic and Tactical Planning, consulting and coaching services to businesses looking to restructure, rebrand, or overhaul their company culture & climate.  

At the height of the pandemic in 2020, Holly was able to quickly pivot as an executive in the health care to assemble a workforce of over 190 nurses that spanned coast to coast to support the COVID testing needs of the entertainment industry. During this time these were the initial teams that began supporting major studios such as Manhattan Beach Studio, Lionsgate, Apple and over 1500 independent productions along with notable feature films.
